Last Updated: May 2026

Ocean of Income ("Company," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, and rightsholders worldwide. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright frameworks, we have implemented the following policy regarding claims of unauthorized copyright infringement.

This policy applies to all aspects of oceanofincome.com (the "Website"), including user-generated micro-task campaign assets, marketplace listings, promotional links, and advertisements submitted by external networks or members.

1. SAFE HARBOR STATUS & USER CONTENT

Ocean of Income operates as an intermediary service provider, hosting content, tasks, and listings provided by independent third-party advertisers and platform members.

• As a host of user-generated content, we maintain a "Safe Harbor" status.
• We do not pre-screen, monitor, or independently audit every asset or link uploaded to our servers for copyright compliance.
• Ultimate legal responsibility for the integrity and ownership of submitted materials rests entirely on the uploading user.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT A COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN NOTICE (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent representing a copyright owner, and you believe that any material hosted on our Website infringes upon your exclusive rights, you may submit a formal written notification to our Designated Copyright Unit via email:

• Designated Contact Email: contact@oceanofincome.com
• Subject Line Format: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice - [Your Name/Company Name]
To be legally effective under the DMCA, your written notification must include substantially all of the following elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific webpage URLs, task IDs, or account profile links).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. EXPEDITED INVESTIGATION AND REMOVAL PROCEDURES

Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notice containing the six elements outlined above, Ocean of Income will act expeditiously to investigate the claim.

• If a clear violation is present, we will remove, block, or disable public access to the allegedly infringing material from our web servers.
• We will promptly notify the affected advertiser or user who uploaded the material, alerting them to the takedown action and providing them with a copy of the original complaint details.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If your content or listing was removed as a result of a DMCA copyright claim and you believe this action occurred due to a mistake, misidentification, or authorization from the actual owner, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification to our copyright team:

• Submission Channel: contact@oceanofincome.com
• Subject Line Format: DMCA Counter-Notification - [Your Account Username]

Your counter-notice must include your full legal name, contact details, a clear identification of the removed material with its original URLs, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was misidentified, and your electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Ocean of Income will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner fails to file a formal court action seeking a restraining order against the content within ten to fourteen (10–14) business days, we retain the right to restore the disputed material to our site at our sole discretion.

5. REPEAT INFRINGER ACCELERATION POLICY

To protect the ecosystem's integrity, Ocean of Income enforces a strict, zero-tolerance policy against chronic intellectual property theft

. • Any user, earner, or advertiser determined by our compliance team to be a "Repeat Infringer" will face severe account penalties.
• Repeat violations will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the offender's profile, a complete domain-wide block of their payment credentials, and the absolute forfeiture of any accrued dashboard balances or token assets without refund or right of appeal.
