Ocean of Income ("Company," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") strives to maintain a balanced, transparent, and fair micro-task marketplace for both advertisers and digital workers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all financial deposits, campaign allocations, digital product acquisitions, and digital asset trades executed on oceanofincome.com.

1. ADVERTISER CAMPAIGNS & DEPOSITS

• All Sales Are Final: Funding deposits made to your advertiser balance for the purpose of launching task campaigns, click tracks, or promotional banners are final and non-refundable.
• Campaign Cancellation: Advertisers may pause or terminate an active task campaign at any time. Upon cancellation, any unspent funds allocated to that specific campaign will be returned to the advertiser's on-platform dashboard balance. These funds cannot be withdrawn back to an external crypto wallet but can be reallocated to new marketing campaigns.
• Technical Exceptions: If a technical error on our platform prevents a campaign from executing properly, our support team will audit the issue. If verified, the appropriate credit adjustments will be made directly to the advertiser's internal dashboard balance.

2. MICRO-TASK COMPLETIONS & WORKER PAYOUTS

• Proof Discrepancies: Earnings distributed to digital workers for task completions are subject to manual or automated verification. If a worker submits fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect proof of task completion, their reward will be rejected or retroactively deducted from their account balance without right to compensation.
• Withdrawal Modifications: Once a digital worker initiates a withdrawal request to their specified Tether (USDT) wallet on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, the transaction enters an automated batch queue. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, withdrawal requests cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded once broadcasted to the network.

3. YOUTUBE MARKETPLACE, LEARNING HUB & DIGITAL TRADES

• Finality of Trades: All transactions executed within the YouTube Marketplace—including the transfer of channel monetization assets, ownership parameters, or promotional slots—are strictly non-refundable once the trade is finalized by both parties.
• Learning Hub Asset Purchases: All sales of digital products within the Learning Hub—including downloadable books, instructional or premium videos, and educational courses—are completely final and strictly non-refundable. Because these educational materials are digital assets delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed under any circumstances.
• Dispute Resolution: Ocean of Income acts solely as an escrow intermediary framework for marketplace listings. If a marketplace asset delivered does not match the parameters explicitly guaranteed in the listing description, the buyer must open a support ticket within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery via contact@oceanofincome.com to freeze the escrow allocation pending investigation.

4. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Ocean of Income reserves the right to modify or replace this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of any structural modifications by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
